Weimaraner Rescue Events
We are so fortunate
to have a core group of dedicated volunteers who hold local events in their
areas. They find public events that allow rescue groups to have space
for their table, bring in dogs and sell goods, all in an effort to reach
potential adoptive families and volunteers and raise funds. Often they are able to
recruit volunteers and educate others about the dangers of heartworms, the
results of abuse and the heart and soul of our organization - Forever Homes
for Weims!
We could not support
the amount of dogs that are current in our program without the selfless, kind
acts of these people. In a small appreciation we have created this
section to show off their creativeness, talent and endless support! We
will continue to add and update this page as events happen.
As president of the
rescue and an owner of a rescued Weimaraner, who brings me joy daily and
reminds me how trust can be rebuilt and how it feels to be loved
unconditionally - I personally extend a thank you to ALL of our volunteers,
foster parents and donors who give generously of their means so that I and
others may experience delight of a Weim!
